Russian born artist Lora Zombie recently paid a visit to East London and certainly made her mark on the area.
First she visited Hanbury Street and painted next to this creation from Wasp Elder and HB. (Click any image to see more on that work.)
Titled ‘Heartbreaker Kid’ here a young child is painted kicking a bright red heart upon a rich cyan/blue backdrop.
This was located at one end of Hanbury Street, just off Brick Lane, whilst at the other end was another Lora Zombie masterpiece.
Painted here is a cigarette smoking punk girl sporting a barbwire necklace, a rat on her shoulder and a vulture on her head hatching some missiles!
In the background is a constant noise of ‘la la’ whereas the main text among missiles, stars, hearts and bubbles reads:-
Coffee dreams and zombie screams.
