Millennium Walkway street artPreviously this drab, grey hoarding running alongside the River Taff used to be dogged with numerous graffiti tags thus resulting in being cleaned many times during the year.

But now, thanks to the help of a few local artists – the area is now a canvas for local talent to showcase their work all year round.

Earlier in the year local artist Oner painted this ‘Good Morning Wales’ piece in vivid green and red colours.

As the year drew to a close a few extra ‘additions’ were made which were then turned around to create something a bit more festive.

The words ‘Good Morning’ had been replaced by ‘Merry Christmas’ and a new character had appeared on the right hand side of the huge Wales text.

Wales Merry Christmas It’s always great to see the wide range of work that pops up in the heart of our city centre – long may it continue.

Merry Christmas everyone.
Or ‘Nadolig Llawen’ as we say in the ‘diff.
