The NuArt festival is an international contemporary street and urban art festival held annually in Stavanger, Norway since 2001.
A brief visit in September this year revealed a lot of text-based art around the Norwegian city by artist Robert Montgomery.
His biggest commission for the festival was deep in the heart of a leafy suburb on the side of a three story traditional wooden house.
Not only is the artist used to large painting commissions but also adds some of his own poetry to walls and takes over billboards aka ‘Ad busting’
Below is a selection from the NuArt festival – all wonderfully brilliant in their own right.
And the chaps over at NuArt captured Robert hard at work on his numerous masterpieces.
