Bus -a- move

As redevelopment hits Central Square in Cardiff City centre numerous hoardings have been erected around the many buildings that are currently being constructed.

The first being the No 1 Central Square project where developers Willmot Dixon have invited local artists to help paint the site’s perimeter hoardings.

The first batch was painted by SPK, Millimagic and others which can be viewed by either clicking the photos or link below.

On the hoardings facing the River Taff is a fresh batch of artwork from a whole host of artists from around the area.

A variety of work is featured from Robot’s mobile phone, Menta and even some stencils too.

Next are two really cute robots in silver and gold colours with green foliage growing out of their heads and forming the phrase ‘We are art.’

With the most detailed work being by an artist called Dharma where he has featured this striking monochrome face and loads of stylised graffiti ramblings in gold next to the piece.
