Empty Walls Street Jam by 3Dom

As a total contrast to inviting big name street artists to the city to take part in the Empty Walls festival there was a need to involve some of the local artists and taggers to showcase some of their work too.

emptywallsstreetjam2014jpgThis is where the Empty Walls Street Jam came in inviting a whole host of artists along on a Saturday situation near the Millennium Stadium.

Set on some rotting wooden hoardings which line the vacant site of the old South Wales Echo offices in the heart of the city centre – this was a great event for everyone to paint together.

Early on Saturday morning artists began arriving from across Cardiff with some also from Birmingham and Bristol.

Here 3Dom begins work on his latest piece in Cardiff. (A big thank you to Leighton Jones for some of the pics!)

And so another wicked and mind-blowing creation from 3Dom – conjuring up so many different things in my head! Something post-apocalyptic about this one!
Check out those cockroach shoes (I want some!)
