Empty Walls 2014: Phlegm & David De La Mano collab

The Empty Walls Festival is a month long street art festival aiming to bring colour, culture and vibrancy to the city of Cardiff with artists travelling in from Germany, Italy, Montevideo, Spain and France and closer to home from London, Bristol and Cardiff too.

Welsh born illustrator and street artist Phlegm has taken part in the second Empty Walls Festival and was joined by David de la Mano in a small collaboration in the city centre.

Set on the soon-to-be-demolished building the artists joined together to add some interest to a forgotten back street.
Phlegm painted his trademark character whilst David de la Mano took inspiration from his ‘Crash’ piece and painted some small black characters trapped inside a cage.
