New Spades characters popping up again

On my travels through the City Centre recently and imagine my surprise when I spotted a big bright pink thing on the window of Howell’s!
Yep the cheeky little blob/whale character, by artist Spades, had made a return to Cardiff! This time aerosols weren’t used but instead a mixture of crayon and pens/ink?

There didn’t seem to be the same Spades signature this time but instead something which reads “NVIWE U” – answers on the back of a postcard please on that one! Looking at another of the tags it could’ve read “VINE” (ive just spotted that the extra letters were inverted commas!)
A few more characters were dotted along Quay Street but were all instantly removed! There is currently only one remaining!

A couple were also spotted alongside the old Habitat on The Hayes but once again didnt last that long. Bizarrly the cleaning material that was used to remove them has actually caused more mess and an eyesore than the artwork itself!
